Made in association with the New Zealand Film Commission, Frankie Jean & The Morning Star is a short film about a plucky, rugby obsessed 8-year-old girl who dreams of becoming an All Black.
The film is written and directed by Hannah Marshall, produced by Gareth Williams and Tara Riddell. It is currently attending festivals.
